CRITT Agroalimentaire PACA is actively and regularly involved in European projects, with three main objectives:

  • To enable PACA agri-food SMEs to set up innovative technical projects with European partners,
  • Broaden the panel of experts that CRITT advisors can put in touch with PACA companies at a European level,
  • Strengthen the skills and technical knowledge of CRITT advisors through high-level resourcing, which will in turn benefit the companies supported by CRITT.

The programs in which CRITT participates cover all the proposed themes.

AENEAM : The AENEAM project aims to accelerate the transition of the EU agri-food industry towards a sustainable growth model by increasing the uptake of recommended measures from energy audits.

CARBON FARMING MED : The Carbon Farming Med project is designed to support Mediterranean countries in attaining the EU’s 2035 climate mitigation objectives—climate neutrality goals within agriculture.

E-SPFdigit : E-SPFdigit will bring novel onsite digital tools already at TRL5 under systemic innovation, which will be further deployed, upscaled, field-tested and demonstrated to TRL7-8, in viticulture and horticulture applications in Greece and Spain in soil-contaminated areas (located near mines, offensive industries, highways, floodwaters).

SUPERSHIELD : The SUPERSHIELD ANR (Agence Nationale de la Recherche) project, coordinated by INRAE’s FRISE research unit in Antony, aims to improve knowledge of superchilling and to develop tools that will enable the deployment of this promising technique, which is still confidential in France.
